So today I took Gwen to Blockbuster, she only spent $30 dollars on photography supplies so she was allowed to get a movie. She got some weirdo movies. I got Water and Waitress. I watched Water. I might buy it, I really liked it. Had a cute guy in it that was also nice. I don’t know when I will watch Waitress. I have the movie for a week, so maybe next weekend. I wish there was a way I could check online when the movies are due like you do with the books from the library.

Anyway, it wasn’t a concert last night it was an opera. Stitch really liked it. It was in Italian so I didn’t understand it, but they had a synopsis in the program so I knew what was going on. The music and singing was very good. During the intermission, M., Stitch, Tigger and I were sending text messages to each other.

Weird fish

The tank upstairs has puffer fish. Most of them died. They looked like this. One is real big and then there is a little one. I thought the big one had died. He was lying on his side at the bottom of the tank. But I was told he likes to lie like that. That he’s a ‘weird little critter’. I think he is quite ugly. Tigger thinks he is cute. I sent him this picture from my phone and he is quite happy now. This isn’t the fish in our tank, I got this from the web but he looks just like this. Puffer fish are carnivorous, I was also told they are fed frozen fish. I wonder how they thaw them out.

Tired girl

NYWEA conference this week. I am sooo tired now! My feet were sore after the first day, I got home very late and Tigger was already in bed. Tuesday, he rubbed my feet. Today they feel much better.

The awards lunch was today. Tomorrow we go back to work as usual.

Car trouble

So the only problem with Stitch using my car is he doesn’t always feel like coming to get me and if D comes to get me he is always late. Tonight, not only was he late, but he didn’t stop where I was waiting but drove around to the other side and so I had to walk over and then he says any longer I was going to drive home. Like I have to wait 10 minutes in the cold rain and he can’t wait 1 minute.

Notes from yesterday

Tigger said he would help me, now he is bailing on me.

I wanted to go to Target to check prices on things I found on Amazon.com. Tigger came with me, he wanted to go to Best Buy.

He couldn’t find what he wanted at Best Buy, so he asked to go to Circuit City. I wanted to go home, I told him, I have to get my garbage together and I want to do that before it gets late. He said he would help me. So we went to Circuit City.

When we got home and I said I was going to take care of my garbage, he ran upstairs. I hollered after him, “You said you would help me!” Still no Tigger.

After I got it all in the bag I sent him a text message, “U said u would help me if I took u to Circuit City. I need your help now.” So he came downstairs and put it in the garbage can outside for me.

Hi All.

Stitch passed his test. Then he hurt his foot so he couldn’t drive. Tomorrow when he gets home from college he is driving my car home from the train station. He is nervous, more nervous than me and its my car.

I had a melt down the day M came home from Florida. I don’t think anyone noticed. Maybe Tigger, but I don’t think he grasped the significance of it. I took Stitch to get his hair cut and to lunch, and had to pay for it myself so I was upset. While we were gone, D took Tigger and got him an orange enV. So when we got home Tigger got in my car before I got out, took the phone out but I didn’t notice it was an enV. So then he called me stupid, which got me upset. So I texted him, so I’m stupid leave me alone. After a couple of texts saying the same thing, he got the idea I was upset so apologized. But by then I was under my blankets bawling.

I had to take out two books from my list because I have not finished them yet but have finished other books.

Driving test tomorrow

Tomorrow Stitch is taking his driving test. He is nervous. I don’t see how he can fail, he drives as good as I do.

M. is in Florida, her father is dying of cancer. He has been for a while. She has gone to Florida 4 times because he was dying. This time I think he will make it.

I have completely thrown WW to the wind. I have not gone to Allsport in a week (almost) and I have not been watching what I have been eating.

Now I have to go brush my teeth and take out my contacts. Tomorrow is Stitch’s big day!

To the gym, to the gym

M and I went to the gym. Although I love M., when she goes I have to go on the elliptical instead of the AMT. Oh well, at least I went.

Today I tried the cinnamon splenda in my oatmeal and it was so good! I think I’m in love.

I just downloaded 4 songs for Tigger and ordered the rest of the beads I need to make my necklace. When I make my necklace, I am going to fix M.’s necklace. It got broken when her luggage was searched when she went to Florida.

I have to go shower now, I will be back later, maybe today, maybe not.

Christmas Day

No work today. Our internet connection has been iffy and I keep using it to check my e-mail and post to WW, not here. So I am taking advantage of this time to post here.

Today I made Bulkogi. Saturday when M., Gwen and I were at lunch I said I wanted to make it so M. bought flank steak and today I made it. Didn’t have all the ingredients, so made due and it was fine. Stitch and Tigger liked it. Then they had their bookstudy but Tigger had a bad headache and stayed home. Tigger and I watched NCIS but it was a repeat. After the bookstudy the whole family and I watched Music and Lyrics. We also watched Crossing Jordan today, they were showing some episodes we missed.

I just heard some strange noises. No idea where they came from.

Well, bye for now, hopefully I will be back tomorrow.

Home today

I was not feeling at all good yesterday so I decided to stay home today and completely recover. Besides that it is COLD! Yikes. Poor little Amy is freezing her tires. I think I will have to drive her later, or at least turn her on and warm her up.

The garbage men left a mess in the road in front of our house. M called them idiots. I am in the living room on my computer waiting for the FedEx man. I will have to leave him a note if I leave.

M mentioned yesterday she might want me to go get Gwen. I will have to let her know I am ready and willing.

M and I have been e-mailing each other. Easier than calling sometimes. We both are going up to get Gwen, that means I have to get dressed. I am still waiting for the FedEx man. D ordered M’s new phone, an enV™ by LG and it is being shipped FedEx. Since I am home today I am waiting to see if it is delivered today. Right now I have to go take care of some personal stuff.
