Today

I keep hovering around 130, I go down 2 pounds then back up. I started back at Allsport, hopefully that will help keep me down. Tonight when I got to Allsport, someone was on the AMT, so I went on the elliptical. Then she got the AMT, so I went on it, and forgot to subtract the time I was on the elliptical. I wondered why I was running late to get Stitch and Gwen and why were my legs so sore? Dummy! Well, I got a really good workout in and rewarded myself with a cafe mocha after. And when Stitch and Gwen wanted to stop at Wendy’s, I didn’t get anything!

Busted

The appropriate use police have caught up with me. So for a while I will not be blogging from work, not that I did very much anyway and not going on WW (WAAW) or checking my e-mail.

When I was cleaning my room I found some old cross stitch projects, along with the reading glasses I bought to do them. So that helped me get over being mad.

Someone mentioned that a friend of her daughters was just diagnosed with leukemia. She is 13. I thought about Nathan and wondered if I should say anything. Of course I didn’t, why make somebody feel sad when they want to feel hope? Anyway, Nathan was 20 years ago, there has been tremendous progress made in treatments since then.

Sunday was Kate and Josh’s going away party. I ate too much.

I have made it back to Allsport. Yay for me!

Well I am going to check my WW threads and then stitch some, then go to bed.

More WW

Well, I was up a pound last WI but I was holding water. GT is coming. I did a silly thing at the gym. I was going to take my sweat pants, but forgot and took my jeans, the ones I just washed and were tight before I went up a pound. Anyway, after my workout, I put them on and couldn’t get them zipped! Got them halfway zipped up. I knew if I laid down I could zip them, but I was also thinking how embarrassed I would be if someone walked in on me! I finally had to lie down, I just couldn’t get them zipped. Once I did, it only took a second to finish zipping them up. Thank goodness! And no one walked in on me.

Gripes

Hi all. I had WI today. 127.2 pounds, down 0.4 pounds, total loss 12.8 pounds. To answer Barb’s question about where I was, Feb 5-7, (M-T-W) I was at the Marriott in Time Square, (no computer) Thursday and Friday I was home (Dial-up Internet connection). Tuesday I came home early and found Stitch in a panic cause the kitchen pipes for the hot water were frozen. Then on Thursday the furnace died. Friday morning I was too cold to get out of bed. So I didn’t get a workout in from Monday to Wednesday. Thursday I got a light workout in, Friday a little more of a workout, then Saturday I was cleaning the basement because they are supposed to be bringing a new furnace this week. I was going to go workout after but Fred starting bugging me about going with me to play racquetball and I didn’t want the extra pressure so I just said forget it and didn’t go. Sunday morning I made up for it with an hour long step aerobics class . My legs are sore. So that was my week. Oh, except I got a letter from my mother that upset me. Don’t ask, don’t ask, OK, you can ask, but I won’t answer. Thanks for listening, aren’t you sorry you asked now?

I am so glad to be back to my normal routine, almost, can’t do my laundry like I normally do. But I had my oatmeal and pineapple this a.m. instead of ½ an everything bagel with cream cheese and I will have my salad (I never in my life thought I would WANT to have a salad, actually look forward to it) for lunch. Hopefully things will start moving (to put it delicately, any other way would be TMI) and I will lose. I mean, I did lose, but only 0.4 pounds. Which means I have another 0.4 pounds to lose to make up for my gain 2 weeks ago. Took me a day to gain it, and at least 3 weeks to lose it. I am back on track, I went to a step aerobics class yesterday morning. The teacher is also my friend’s WW leader so she knows me so I have to do good. My legs are so sore, I am such a wimp. ♥♪

WW Progress notes

My stats are as thus: 127.8 pounds, down 0.6 from last week, 12.2 pounds overall. My BMI is 24. My measurements are down ¼” from right upper arm, ½” from waist, 1″ from hips and ¼” from thighs. I can button the jeans and get them zipped halfway up. This a.m. I took a step aerobics class. Boy are my thighs sore.

More progress notes

I have lost another 1.2 pounds. That brings my total lose to 11.6, 13.4 to goal of 115. Today I weighed 128.4 pounds. Yesterday I tried on my size 2 jeans and I could get them buttoned. As soon as I post this I have to go lie down. I also got 34 activity points this week. This morning I was going to take D.’s step class but I was too late. M. told me she is now a personal trainer, which I can’t afford, but now I can get some sessions for her anniversary.

Progress Notes Thursday

I ate 16.5 points today.

That is really sad. What’s even sadder is I had this post all typed out, wiped it out somehow, and can’t remember what I said. My left shift key is sticking on me. I almost don’t feel like posting my points because I keep falling short of 18. I just had a snack of celery and hummus, it was filling, but very low in points.

I haven’t posted to Beginning Walkers because I haven’t been walking. Wednesday, when I went to lunch, it was raining so hard I took Tom’s umbrella, then on the way back, I just jumped on the subway. My boots were wet and I just didn’t feel like walking up the stairs. Today I was feeling very sick to my stomach. I blamed it on the popcorn I got at GCT.

After the meeting I went to Target for cleaning supplies and cat food & litter. Then I went to Stop ‘N’ Shop for cat food and celery. I go to two places because Target doesn’t have the Senior formula I get for Sassy.

Tomorrow is Em’s surgery. I had changed my goal weight to 109 without telling her. Then she suggested it. She said when everyone else was saying I was too thin at 120, she could see where I could lose more. So I have her support.
