I downloaded a new browser and now I can update from home. I ran some spyware and my computer seems to be working. I will let you know later how it goes.

Hi how have you been. I have not been able to update this in forever, as you can see. My father gave me a new laptop and I couldn’t get in to update this. Right now I can’t even use it because it has a virus. When I get it fixed I am going to try again. If not, I will just start a new one. So this could be the last entry I make.
As for WW, I gained 7 pounds over the summer, but I have started to lose it so it was just summertime funk. Well, Gwen is waiting for me so I had better leave. I think she might be reading this since I am on a public computer at the library.
We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors…But they all exist very nicely in the same box. – Anonymous
Installing high-efficiency faucets or faucet aerators could reduce a household’s faucet water by more than 500 gallons annually, can have a payback period as little as one year and could save between 2,850 and 8,500 gallons and as much as $50 over the lifetime of the product! In the future you’ll be able to look for WaterSense labeled faucets and faucet accessories like aerators. WaterSense labeled products perform as well as or better than other products in the marketplace and perform at least 20 percent more efficiently than their less efficient counterparts. Check USEPA Website for more information.
OK. The scale died and I had to buy my own. Got a WW one this time, paid a lot of money. It said I gained 5 pounds. Problem was, the scale at Allsport agreed with it! I kind of went off program when M went to Florida. I am back down, not all the way, but I am back into my J. Crew button fly jeans, for the second time, I was in them before the gain, and even though I feel ‘squeezed’ into them, they don’t feel as tight. Go figure. I have to go now, but I will try to be more regular posting here.

Have you ever questioned which saves more energy – turning off your faucet or turning off your lights? Let WaterSense shed some light on the subject! Running your faucet for 5 minutes is equivalent to running a 60 watt light bulb for 14 hours!
Yesterday am I was 125.8, that is down from last week but not all the way down. I was still holding water however. Today I did not eat good, I bought cashews and ate a bunch of them. I think I was hoping that I would have to go the bathroom if I ate a lot. Didn’t work.
Anyway, my parents are coming to visit in May. I really want to get down to 119 by then. That’s 2 months to lose 6 pounds. I have to start being really good.
Well, I was up a pound last WI but I was holding water. GT is coming. I did a silly thing at the gym. I was going to take my sweat pants, but forgot and took my jeans, the ones I just washed and were tight before I went up a pound. Anyway, after my workout, I put them on and couldn’t get them zipped! Got them halfway zipped up. I knew if I laid down I could zip them, but I was also thinking how embarrassed I would be if someone walked in on me! I finally had to lie down, I just couldn’t get them zipped. Once I did, it only took a second to finish zipping them up. Thank goodness! And no one walked in on me.
