Staying Alive

Yesterday and today, I have been having a devil of a time staying awake. I wonder if I can blame it on having a bagel for breakfast instead of oatmeal. You know, the wheat allergy problem? Anyway, I was sitting here and nodding off and I heard a voice calling my name, it was Prestina and she was asking, “Is that you?” I was looking at my blog, which has my picture on it and that was what she was asking about.

Speaking of my blog, I forgot to mention what happened at Allsport last night, after I was done with my workout, I suddenly ran out of Women’s Fitness, I thought I had wet my pants, turned out, the wetness I felt was not urine, it was sweat! Time to switch from workout pants to workout shorts, or maybe I’ll pick up a pair of those workout skirts at Target.

I went to Target and got a workout skort, it wasn’t on the clearance rack yet, but I was tired of waiting. I got a pair of shorts that were on the clearance rack for $5. I also got a new sports bra, I have 4 or 5, but they are old and some of then the elastic is coming out. Then I went to the boys department to get a boys extra-large tank top to wear over my sports bras. It is longer than the shorts. I am wearing the skort and it is very comfortable.

Weather

Very very cold yesterday. Very cold today. It also snowed.

I took some pictures of the puffer fish and sent them to Tigger. He loves our puffer fish. He thinks it is very cute.

I had my allergy shot and driving was bad, I slid across the road on the way home. I was so hungry. I didn’t really eat dinner. I had an asiago pretzel, a brownie, that’s all. I think I will either eat some cereal or go to bed.

I downloaded two more songs for Tigger. Yes I know, I am a sap. I paid for one and got the other with Pepsi points. I don’t mind because I usually put the songs on my MP3 player also.

I got ‘Brown Eyed Girl’ for my ringtone. I was tired of the other. Silly I know. Anyway, Tigger said I should get the whole song for my MP3 player.

notes on life

I can’t remember what I was going to say. I went to the doctor, I am allergic to Ethylenediamine Dihydrochloride and epoxy resin. I have to find out more tomorrow. The surgery on M’s dad was not successful. They opened him up and closed him up. I feel sad now. I bought reading glasses at Duane Reade. They are dark blue with polka dots. I kind of like them. I showed them to M and said I got them because the other glasses were pink striped. She said she kind of liked them. So I am going to put them in my purse and the other glasses will be for cross stitch. Right now my eyes are bugging me so I am going to take my contacts out and put the ointment on my rash and go to bed.

Last two nights I have had the heat on.

That is the thought for today.

I went to get Stitch and Gwen early today because they did not have orchestra. I picked Gwen up and we went to Panera. I brought my computer so I could go online. I wanted to read to her what I wrote about progress but she was not interested.

I got allergy tested but got the date wrong about having them read, now the tape is hanging off my back so I don’t know if it will work. SIGH. I will still go tomorrow but now I feel like an idiot.

I am going now to check my message boards. I am going to try to post a video. See if it works.

New weight

I weighed myself this morning and I am 130.0 pounds. After that post I read, I took my goal and my weight out of my profile. I will still post my weight here. I bought a scale to keep downstairs, but it is cheap and not accurate. So once again I have wasted money.

Tom wanted to take me out to dinner Friday. So I went. While we were waiting for a table, we went to the bar and I had this specialty drink. It did not sit well with me. It must have had something in it I was allergic to. I ended up in the ladies room, Tom sent the waitress to find out if I was all right. How humiliating! I had saved all my Flex points and didn’t even eat all my daily points! I am still feeling icky from it.
