>What was I saying?

>I have this thing where I feel I need to write things in sequential order. For example, I don’t want to blog about Monday before I blog about the weekend. Not that anything exciting happened either time. Just that my thoughts about Monday have to come after my thoughts about the weekend. Which is kind of stupid, I think, but I still have a problem with it. I could always blog about my weekend now in this e-mail post, but I had pictures to go with it. Not special pictures, just of the mountain and the clouds.

Last night I was going to post the pictures and everything, but I won an award on my other blog so I had to take care of that. Acceptance speech, where to send the money, who to invite to the ceremony, I kid. After I did all that is involved in a blog award it was late and I had to check my messages and then had to reply. There are some people I drop everything to reply to. There are others … well you know. It’ll be a cold day in ….
On Saturday Em and I ordered tires for Amy. Stitch has been having to put air in one of the tires every other day, or every third day, I forget. So the tires are ordered and when they come in he can take the car and get the tires put on. Then we went to Danbury since she wanted to go to Sephora. Of course that is a dangerous place to go for me, I now want some glitter eyeshadow from Urban Decay. I put some on and it looked so cool. OK I now have my happenings out of order, I will just have to deal.
On the way to Danbury she told me D has decided on surgery rather then radiation treatments. Actually she told me Friday, in a text message, in her text message she said, “If momma ain’t happy, nobody’s happy”. Saturday she told me, ‘D told the kids last night he was having surgery.’ It is scheduled for May 4 which coincidentally is the day before their anniversary. I’m guessing, (and this is just a guess, based on previous conversations with her) that when she told him that if he got his parts irradiated, there would be no sex until the radiation was out of his system, he started leaning toward surgery. Sometimes, men are so easy. When they are not being freakin’ idiots that is.
There was more I was going to say, it has departed the brain. Yesterday morning I was 135.8, so I am happy happy. 20 pounds to go to my goal goal, .8 to my first goal. With a little bit to lose, I celebrate every 5 pounds.

>Bed soon

>But I just had to check in here once. These You-tube video is pretty cool I think.

I got the rest of my free books.

No reading got done, the cable and satellite were out so the kids wanted me upstairs to play games with them. I consoled myself by buying a dress from Overstock.com. Who I have never purchased anything from before, I just wanted one more dress and the one I wanted from Chadwicks wasn’t in my size. I got the pink and black one.

Since I was upstairs it also meant I got no blogging done, that is why I am still up, I notified all my award winners that they have an award to pick up at my book blog, Bella is reading.

>’Your Blog Is Fabulous Award!’

I just received an award. While this is not the first award I have won, I believe this is the first award this blog has received. Thank you very much Jon-Jon from …a Dedication of Love for thinking my blog is FABULOUS!

The rule is to tag 5 newbies blogs that you have read lately. Unfortunately, I have been a little out of touch with the newbies but if you are a new blogger doing your best to spread good thoughts and feeling around the blogging community, consider yourself ‘FABULOUS’.

Longevity Awards

They had the Longevity Awards ceremony today, complete with cake and coffee. The coffee was really bad. I didn’t finish it. I told someone that I was still drinking it because I didn’t want to throw it in the garbage and make a mess, he said, “So just leave it somewhere, then it’s somebody else’s problem.” So that is what I did.

Bob got one of the awards, for 30 years. I don’t know the other people who got the 30 years but they were both in Division of Air. And someone wasn’t going to come because neither of the cakes were Kosher. So we had three cakes, chocolate, carrot and Kosher.

Not much else going on. M and I went to Allsport, I was a little upset because Stitch had my car when I got home and wasn’t going to be home until 8, but it worked out good because M wouldn’t have gone to Allsport if she hadn’t had to take me. Well, she didn’t have to, I didn’t make her, but she felt obligated. So we had a nice workout. I was going to dye my hair but didn’t feel like it after I got home so maybe tomorrow.

On another topic, I read an Inspector Banks novel. I like it so much, I am reading all of them, in order, you know how compulsive I am. There are only 18 to read. I am not going to reread the ones I read out of order. It is the type of series that you don’t really need to read in order, but it helps. Anyway, I am going to leave here so I can read some and maybe finish the next one. That way I will have 11 books read in March.
